If you aren’t going to Osheaga or whatever, come check out the Head & Hands Serve Beach Volleyball Tournament this Sunday! Some of Erin’s folks will be playing for the Grumpy’s team- so show your support! Grumpy’s is having a “sexy” fundraiser the evening before, so be sure to check that out. Then, spend time in a lovely park, watching nearly-naked bodies while drinking local beer! From the H&H website:
- The Sense Project has lots of sexy events that keep our community connected, and SERVE is possibly our sweatiest! The SERVE volleyball tournament brings together teams from Montreal bars and restaurants to compete on the courts to raise money for sex education.
- When: Sunday August 2nd, 2009, 10am-6pm
Where: Parc Jeanne-Mance beach volleyball courts (corner Duluth + Ave. du Parc) - Featuring teams from Baldwin Barmacie, Burgundy Lion, Brutopia, Blizzarts/Korova, Bily Kun, Chateau du Lac, Claremont Cafe, Club Chasse et Peche, Green Room / Kidnapper Films, Grumpy’s, Kaizen Sushi Bar, Irish Embassy Pub, Monkland Taverne, Taverne on the Square, Tokyo, Vinyl Lounge, Ye Olde Orchard… and more!!
